Sick to death of ICQ and all the flakey download managers like GetRight and Gozilla? I am. So, as time permits I'm going to write a nice little little modern talk* / chat protocol client (for the internet) and combine it with a download manager and file server. All those useful things that no other programs can seem to get working correctly.

Probably will include a limited email and nntp news browser while I'm at it.

*Remember TALK and BITNET from the age of the VAXes? :)
