OPEN IHTK Project

This software has for a long time now been open-source. This means the complete project, including C++ source code is freely available. It is also gone omega, which means I, the original author -- Lewis Sellers --, do not work on it anymore (or at least that was the theory.)

Because I do not work on it anymore but folks still request enhancements and additions, I have remolded the project as "Open IHTK" and formally encourage any would be programmers to essentially take over the project. It's not that bloody hard. If there's sufficient serious interest then the products@intrafoundation.com may be used by the current project leader, if any.

In short, it would be nice if the project carried on, but I'd rather not be directly involved anymore. /-)

To work on this project you obviously need the following:

• Visual C++ 5.0 (or 6.0) Professional (or Enterprise)
• Macromedia/Allaire ColdFusion 4.0.1 or better.
• Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, ME or 98SE.

During development of this project the following batch files might be of use:

• stop.bat
• start.bat

They start and start all essential services that may cache the DLL's developed. You may need to "cycle" the services to unlock the tags to perform a rebuild on them.
