I've ran across the offical documents several times (and the unoffical ones once or twice). I believe it was called AIM? As I recall it actually requires both UDP and TCP. It was exactly a complex protocol, but there was a great deal of options to impliment.

It'll probably take you a couple weeks to fully impliment after you've read the docs.

Just search the net for the specs.
