Can the upload feature in secPost be implemenetd in cfx_file to make it complete?

I don't have the time at the moment to work on it. It may be very late in the year before I get the chance to clean up the IHTK again and finish tcpclient 3.x.

(You do have the complete source code though so if you or someone you know can't wait and is feeling a sense of adventure... :)
