News Registration Bug Fixed

| | I was informed there was a bug with the registration process. This has been fixed. (SQL table names are case-insensitive on our local developer machine, but case-sensitive on the host intrafoundation is using, so the typo slipped by in testing. Later today we'll do a sweep of the web site for any similiar issues.)
