The problem is you're using CFMX (CF version 6). It's ADSI and COM support, as discussed in many, many other places is completely broken (among other things that aren't working with it). Personally, I would suggest rolling back to CF 5 until the promised Service Pack 1 is released to address the issue.
If it still doesn't work then I'll see about... bypassing the CF problems somehow.
